Power To Inspect, Repair Or Transfer The Telecommunications Line from One Place To Another Place
The Licencee may transfer from one place to another place, inspect or repair and maintain the Telecommunications
Line or equipment erected or installed by him and for this purpose he shall have the power to enter into the land where such Telecommunications Line or equipment exists.
Provided that, if any loss or damage is caused to anyone in course of such repair and maintenance or improvement of the line, the Licencee shall pay compensation to the concerned person.
